Access is limited to the founder and essential service providers under confidentiality agreements.

4 — Data Retention & Security

Retention: We keep client records for up to 7 years to meet tax and contractual requirements, then securely delete them.

Security: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit; laptops and cloud accounts are protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.

5 — Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights or withdraw consent, email privacy@claytonadvisory.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6 — International Visitors

Our servers are located in the United States. By using this site, you consent to transferring your data to the U.S. and handling as described here.

7 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
