Workshops

AI for Healthcare and Legal Leadership Teams

Four working sessions for 4 to 8 senior professionals. Your team works on real deliverables in the tools your organization already approves, with the confidentiality and compliance decision made inside each exercise.

Price/From $5,000, priced by group size and format.

Your tools, not a new platform

We work in the AI, document, collaboration, and review tools your organization has already approved. Intake identifies the tools, data classes, and account types your team can use. The exercises stay inside that boundary; nobody is asked to move sensitive work into an unapproved consumer account.

Who it is for

Leadership teams, practice groups, and departments inside hospitals, health systems, and law firms, where being wrong with sensitive data carries real consequences. Groups of 4 to 8 senior professionals. No prior AI experience is required.

I run two variants. The healthcare variant works with protected health information, internal-only material, and public material, and the exercises reflect clinical and operational workflows. The legal variant works with privileged material, client-confidential material, and public material, and the exercises reflect matter work and client deliverables.

What happens

Four sessions of 60 to 90 minutes over four to eight weeks, with applied work between sessions.

  1. Session 01

    Foundations and first wins

What these systems are and are not, the org-specific safe-use map, and the core prompting loop applied to real work brought into the room. Everyone leaves having done something useful on their own deliverables.

  2. Session 02

    Workflows that stick

Moving from one-off prompts to reusable workflows that survive contact with a normal week, plus the verification layer: how a professional confirms an output quickly before it goes out the door.

  3. Session 03

    The regulated layer

The risk triage rubric applied to your own use cases, a policy stress test against real scenarios from your environment, and the six vendor questions that separate a tool you can approve from one you cannot.

  4. Session 04

Turn the work into a 90-day plan

Review what the team learned, rank your own use cases, and assign owners before the session ends.

What the organization keeps

The workshop leaves your organization with working documents it can keep using.

  • An org-specific safe-use map: which sanctioned tool each data class may enter, and which it may not
  • Each participant's documented workflow, compiled into a team playbook
  • The risk triage rubric, branded to your organization
  • A draft AI use policy skeleton
  • A ranked use-case portfolio
  • A 90-day plan with named owners

Common questions

How is this different from generic AI training?
Generic AI training teaches prompting in the abstract. This workshop uses your real deliverables and your approved tools, then applies the confidentiality and compliance test to each exercise.
Who should attend?
4 to 8 senior professionals: a leadership team, a practice group, or a department. There is a healthcare variant and a legal variant, each built around the data classes and workflows specific to that setting. No prior AI experience is required.
What does the organization actually keep afterward?
An approved-tools safe-use map, documented workflows in a team playbook, a risk rubric branded to your organization, a draft policy skeleton, a ranked use-case portfolio, and a 90-day plan with owners.
How is pricing structured?
From $5,000, priced by group size and whether the sessions run virtually or in person. I will give you an exact number after a short call about your team.
What happens after the workshop?
Most organizations move into an ongoing advisory retainer, where the ranked use-case portfolio from session 4 becomes the retainer's agenda. Some also add a private executive AI skills fluency series for 1:1 skill building.
